In most areas of the United States and Canada, orders  placed as late as 2p.m. in the recipient’s time zone can be delivered that day (earlier times may apply to some areas and at holidays). Saturday and Sunday deliveries are available in some areas for orders placed by 1p.m. in the recipient’s time zone.

As flowers are perishable items and certain varieties are may not be available at all times due to a variety of reasons. We feel that our customers deserve to know this and understand that they will be receiving the same value any time a substitution must be made.

All flower arrangement displayed on FlowerHookUp.com (FHU) have been created and designed with the customer and florist best interest in mind.  We have used flowers that are generally readily available and not difficult obtain on short notice.  However, there will be circumstances where substitutions will have to be made in order to execute your order in a timely manner.

FHU customers are the first priority and your happiness is the fuel that drives our company.  It is the intention of FHU to deliver your order on time and because of this, substitutions will have to be made from time to time.  In the case that substitutions are required, flowers of similar style, color and shape will be used and the overall design of the arrangement will not be altered.
